Meet Grace! This adorable Fjord mare has the sweetest personality, a wonderful mind, and all the makings of a fantastic family partner with continued training.

Grace is about as easygoing as they come. She is an absolute snuggle bug who loves attention, grooming, and being pampered. She has excellent ground manners, is respectful, easy to handle, great for the farrier, barefoot, and an incredibly easy keeper.

What really makes Grace special is her temperament. She has been raised in a busy farm environment with horses, dogs, kids, tractors, side-by-sides, large dozers, dump trucks, and heavy equipment coming and going. Very little seems to faze her! She takes everything in stride and has consistently shown a calm, willing, and level-headed attitude.

Under Saddle

Grace is green broke and recently returned to work after approximately three years off, during which she had a beautiful foal. Despite her time off, she was saddled, lunged at the walk, trot, and canter, and ridden without any fuss. She walked off quietly and happily moseyed around with my son on her back. We've since started asking a little more of her under saddle, including walk/trot work. She is still learning and figuring out what is being asked, but she tries and maintains her sweet, willing attitude. Grace is not a finished riding horse and will need continued training and miles. However, her temperament and willingness make her a lovely prospect for someone looking to bring along a versatile little partner.
